Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

  1. The domain https://midjulyhome.com/ including any web-pages thereof is the web-site ("Website") of MID JULY HOME, doing business as Mid July Home(" Mid July Home ", “we”, “us”, or “our”) having its office at 368, 2nd FLOOR, SECTOR 3, VIP NAGAR, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL 700100.
  2. This policy sets out the terms and conditions on fulfilment of which Mid July Home may permit you to either (i) return the products and/or (ii) exchange them for other products.
  3. This policy applies to all the products sold by Mid July Home through the Website
  4. You are requested to read our Terms and Conditions and other policies available on the Website in addition to this policy as the same are binding upon you.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

Mid July Home has a simple and hassle free return/refund and exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:

  1. You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
  2. The products must be returned to Mid July Home within 2 (two) days from the date they are delivered to you.
  3. Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. Mid July Home may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.
  4. The product must be returned in its original condition along with the original invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
  5. Any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unused and unwashed. Products that are found to be used or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  7. Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
  8. For any refunds initiated under this policy, you must ensure that -
    1. The product is returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product;
    2. Any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unused and unwashed. Products that are found to be used or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange and

The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except where such a delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of Mid July Home's control or any other force majeure.   9. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Mid July Home reserves the right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
  10. Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

  1. The returns/exchange procedure can be initiated through the website by writing an email to connect@midjulyhome.com. Mid July Home will respond to your email for purchase and product details.
  2. If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Mid July Home client, (for example as a gift), you will have to request the concerned Mid July Home client to initiate the return process.
  3. Upon receiving your response to our aforementioned email. Mid July Home will go through the details, and if everything matches the criteria, we will initiate the return process with the concerned shipping company.
  4. You can then return the product to the delivery service when they arrive (you will be notified in advance of their arrival) at the pick-up location (the address to which the product had been delivered) in the same condition in which it was delivered. This pick-up service is complimentary and Mid July Home shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
  5. Mid July Home will send you a confirmatory email upon receiving the product. Upon undertaking a quality test and inspecting the product, we will inform you about our decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 2 (two) working days of receiving the product.
  6. If Mid July Home accepts the return/exchange request, the exchanged product shall be returned to you in 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the product. However, if Mid July Home rejects the return/exchange, we will ship the product back to you.
  7. We do not provide refund or return for shipped orders but in case there is any manufacturing defect, we scrutinize and conduct quality check on the product and provide replacement if deemed to be fit. Replacement is subject to our quality check parameters and the product should be unused, unwashed and in original condition along with all packing and tags in original condition. Tags should not be detached from the product.
